Well Platypi Muse likes to eat in the Inland Empire and now he likes to talk about it. Just so you know, Brian is also a contributor (albeit ONCE!) to the Wampus. I know I should be working but when I'm reading my coders' blogs, I read all my blogs at one time, right? Well Mr. Brian had to go and start yet, ANOTHER blog. The best part is that he gave me some link love in there and this is something I have always wanted to do. He beat me to it.

Ya'll go read and come here for your recipes....and please people....stop making Godzilla cakes. It's the most popular search that brings people here, but it's starting to make me feel like ya'll don't like my other stuff....it is all about me after all.....

Go tell Brian where you like to eat in the Riverside / San Bernardino areas and let's see what he thinks about it. (Brian, have you tried that Niko Niko Sushi in Corona? Good eatin')

Ben & Jerry's Cake Batter is pretty awesome...

This tastes exactly like cake and chocolate frosting. Weird! It's just like how Jelly Belly Popcorn tastes just like buttered popcorn.

Cake for Godzilla

OK...so I had a post about my almost 3 year old's (aka Godzilla) 2nd birthday party. Just so ya'll know, I refer to my kids as nicknames because I'm weird and I don't want to put their names up on the internets. I'm sure I've slipped a couple of times, but you'd have to search through the blog to find 'em.

Anyway....I get a lot of traffic from people looking for Chicken Parmesan and Godzilla Cakes. In trying to show someone the cake for my youngest monkey.....I noticed that the photo was no longer available. It was on my wife's photo bucket and she has apparently deleted it from there. Now just for you people that come here looking for a cake and get the big ol' "no longer available" square, here it is.

We had a good time that day. I'm sure there will be more to come........

In honor of March Madness!

So, I made these on Super Bowl Sunday, but I cannot for the life of me remember what I did. I know there was butter and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce involved. I think I baked them in butter, Worcestershire, cayenne, salt & pepper, then when they came out, I just poured the BBQ sauce over them and coated the wings. This is why I need to post as soon as I cook....otherwise I forget.....or I should at least write it down. Them was good eatin'!

Now I would be remiss if I did not plug the bracket of choice......mine. I need more people to join in the fun! Make a bracket and let me know who you think will be cutting down the net.

Repeat Offender: Pesto Pizza

Now previously, I did these as a grilled flat bread pizza, but who has time for making their own dough when Trader Joes rocks the pizza dough like they do?

Anyway, I make my own pesto sauce, slice up some red onions, mozzarella and tomatoes and pop the sucker in the oven....voila!
