Baked Bacon

Now don't be thrown off at the beautifully fried egg to the left. It's the bacon on the right ya'll need to give a shot.

Placing it on a baking sheet, sprinkling a generous amount of brown sugar, black pepper and chili powder and putting it in a 350 degree oven for say 10 minutes (if I remember correctly).

My, my, my (music hits me...so hard...makes me say 'oh my lawd'....MC Hammer)
