Just thought I would throw out my attempt at being like Mattbites only in a 3rd rate kind of way. He's a real food photographer. This was my attempt at doing a sauce as well. Don't you like the presentation?

Tri-Tip seared and finished in a HOT oven w/julienned zucchini and carrots.

It was good.
